The federal INVEST framework is designed to mobilise private venture capital for young innovative companies. Registration in the public INVEST database is intended for companies that have already received confirmation from BAFA that they meet the applicable company criteria for the INVEST venture-capital grant.
Why it matters
For UFB, the historic INVEST record is evidence of the company’s progression from technology development into a formal investor-readiness and venture-capital environment.
The database entry itself is not an investment and does not prove that a financing transaction took place. Its relevance is the documented eligibility and investor-access framework around the company.
